Urban Air Mobility (UAM) is a faster, eco-friendly alternative to long-distance car travel, using electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) vehicles for short-distance city flights to reduce congestion and improve transportation efficiency. In collaboration with Supernal, our team at Fehr & Peers spent 15 months addressing the infrastructure needs for integrating eVTOLs into urban areas, considering climate change, data science, emerging technologies, and land use.​​​​​​​
Working with our data science team, I developed infographics to simplify the extensive data, guiding readers through an eVTOL journey from start to finish. To make eVTOL travel more comprehensible and identify potential users, we created three personas—Katherine, Wyatt, and Raquel—based on Supernal's market research, illustrating their unique eVTOL trips for work and leisure:
